Alan MARTIN (The Mob), Cerise HALAM LARKIN (Untold Pictures)
Synopsis
Robert Burns is Scotland's Bard. He didn't write the poem about the spider. That was Robert The Bruce. But he did write 'Auld Lang Syne'. He was voted Scotland's most famous son in just about every Scottish publication at the millennium and his birth is celebrated in suppers across the globe every year on January 25th. Burns is the working title for one period of Robert Burns' life, roughly 1785-90. It is not a biopic, but rather an epic love story, a 'Burns and his women' if you like.
