    • Synopsis
    • From its biblical beginnings, the anger of Lilith and the devil who seems to relentlessly desire to recruit soldiers of horror, Chiaramonte’s “Young and Cursed” places the evil squarely within each of his characters as opposed to what is normal, outside of them. The confrontation tears them apart from within, crippling and destroying their lives in the most horrible way.

With a clock ticking, the question Chiaramonte poses is whether or not their humanity can possibly survive. So, from the beginning, the question of “Young and Cursed” is essentially the same as that faced daily in life and war, whether good will be able to conquer evil and for how long.

“Young and Cursed” is an allegory on the existence of good and evil. The good and evil that surrounds us and at times lives within each of us.

Five young people from diverse cultural backgrounds are threatened by a sinister female voice on their cellphones demanding at the threat of death that they go to a desolate cabin in the woods.

After reaching the mysterious cabin, the group quickly falls under the controlling spell of Kyra (MADISON HUBLER) who is possessed by Lilith (BRITT CRISP), a two-thousand-year-old biblical demon. Try as they will, they are unable to escape both the cabin and her powerful control. With the clock ticking down to an impending Blood Moon (“…the most powerful magnifier of supernatural savagery known to man!"), each character begins to reveal their harrowing stories of demonic possession that has entangled them in a continuous web of fear.

Maria, (JENNIFER ROSAS), is tormented by a ghostly specter that haunts her every waking moment, and Jason, (STEVARION ALLEN), a gifted musician, is stalked by a nightmarish version of himself. Trudy (MORGAN FRANZ) harbors her own unspeakable terrors, besieged by a grotesque demon that mercilessly sexually torments her during her darkest hours. Tahoma (REDA FASSI-FIHRI) finds himself pursued at night by an evil Skinwalker that resembles himself.

And finally, there is Donny, (CJ MALONE), victim of a conflicted childhood, who grapples constantly with a demon bent on driving him to murder.

Their histories intertwine with Kyra, an enigmatic hostess residing in the cabin, who at times appears oblivious to the spellbinding horror she forces onto her visitors, and then seconds later morphs into one of the evilest demons to ever haunt mankind that has lurked within her since her grandmother’s death. Lilith’s malevolent power will peak during the eclipse when her evil design will reach a terrifying zenith and she will be able to murder what is ‘good’ about each of her cursed young victims.
