    • Synopsis
    • Ethan has lost all hope. He sees the world on the brink of societal and environmental collapse. He also has no career, no prospects, no girlfriend, and he’s about to lose his home. To make matters worse, now he’s seeing whales made of garbage and talking to grumpy clown balloons. No longer able to bear the burden of life, Ethan tries to kill himself in an isolated cottage in PEI, but he can’t go through with it.
      He decides to drive across Canada to see its fleeting beauty one last time before ending his life in the Pacific Ocean. Rebellious hitchhiker Winona outfoxes Ethan and becomes his cross-country passenger along the way. Together, Ethan and Winona confront the world’s unstable problems, Ethan’s unstable state of mind, barely making it out alive. Forced to confront their deepest fears, their unlikely bond alters them irrevocably, changing the course of both of their lives forever.
      West Exit is a cinematic experience that uniquely features the Great White North. Using beautiful Canadian landscapes, we travel on a comedic adventure while exploring the themes of mental health and environmental decay. Filled with comedy and heart, West Exit takes us on a journey toward finding our impact in the world around us.
