    • WE DON'T LIKE CAPTAIN SAUSAGE! is a documentary about videogames in the 80's. A fresh story about this industry in Spain.

There are several narrative lines in parallel. On one hand, the intricacies of the birth of "Captain Sevilla". On the other hand, the history and evolution of this industry in Spain.

Following the development tribulations of Captain Sevilla and its controversial success, we will cover the course of the Spanish video game industry emerging in the early 80s with the first personal computers. Then, what was called "the golden age of Spanish software" and Lots of ups and downs the next decade and a strong comeback until the moment that we live.

A present in which, small businesses and freelance programmers can undertake productions for iPhone and Android games, what comes to be a parallel or confluence with what was done in the 80s. A time, when video games that come to be blockbusters coexist on the market with 8bits remakes endorsed by the nostalgia of those who played them long time ago.
