    • Synopsis
    • ALISON is no girl-next-door. Dragged into a life of crime after arriving in England from Ireland. She works for small time gangster MAX, whose fixation with Alison is the only reason she isn’t in prison… or dead.
When she meets SAM, a damaged man with a troubled past, he opens her eyes that life can be a beautiful thing if you meet it half way.
Together they hit the road before Max can stop them.
She’s going looking for her past and the child she abandoned years earlier.
Plagued by regret, Alison knows there are plenty to blame for her life turning out the way it has. To right some of those wrongs, everyone is going to have to take notice or feel the consequences.
When Max comes in search of her and kidnaps Sam, Alison knows, that she will never be able, to escape her past. She returns to face Max in a bloody climatic conclusion.
Wait For Me is a story about empowerment, courage, loss and parenthood, featuring a stand out performance by Karen Hassan.
