    • Synopsis
    • 20 years ahead of his time, Former Senator Theo Walker Mitchell obtains what no other black American has. He was the first and last black American nominated from a major party for Governor of South Carolina in the Early 90's, and the only black to ever become Chairman of the penology system in South Carolina; thus America ever. He was also the Founder of the "Free Breakfast Program," adapted in South Carolina then the USA, affordable transportation. Sadly he was also a target that would lead to his downfall.
