    • Synopsis
    • Written, directed and edited by Giorgio Clementelli, "USAH" is a collection of unusual and frightening stories that have taken place over the past four centuries in the North Eastern area of the United States. Historically the "oldest" lands of the New World.
A mysterious narrator tells the 30 stories that make up USAH, he does as he wanders about an ancient abbey. Paintings from popular American artists are displayed in a large room, as our host walks about, alternating dramatic tones with lighter moments, discussing the dark side of characters made famous by their hideous gestures.
The film depicts ghostly places and gruesome events that have remained hidden between the pages of American history over the last 400 years.
From the last exhumation of a vampire in Rhode Island to the ghosts of the Chelsea Hotel; passing through the two greatest disasters of the nineteenth century to the true story of the Pilgrim Fathers of Plymouth... Grisly tales, curious facts, cinematic anecdotes and more are interwoven over the course of an hour and twenty minutes, giving life to the 30 stories that make up the film.
The narrative is embellished with original illustrations by 10 well-known Italian artists, images created with Artificial Intelligence and 3D graphic animations, enrichened with original footage shot in 84 locations, along a 3,000-mile route that crosses America's seven largest Eastern states, from Massachusetts to Maryland.
