    • Synopsis
    • Trade ‘n Change = name of a counter-culture second-hand shop founded by Adam in the spirit of alter movements.

No Money : monetary currency is banned in the Trade ‘n Change warehouse and replaced by barter: the exchange of goods or services through a currency called the “Euron” a customized note based on time. One Euron is equivalent to one hour of an activity whatever that activity may be.

Adam (45) - an anti-globalization activist, an idealist and an eccentric - makes the acquaintance of Anna (45), an attractive and intrepid political journalist on the rise. Adam, still quite immature, collects short-term relationships. Anna has just left her husband, is investigating a government minister in the eye of the media, and is living with her female companion a high-spirited feminist activist. Their friction will make sparks fly.

The story opens at a time when the continuation of the Warehouse is threatened by a building project and Adam is organizing a “resistance” concert where all those fighting for a better world are invited. However, Adam doesn’t know that the night before the concert a stranger, chased by a pair of henchmen, has left at the Warehouse a new generation smartphone (the Hyperphone). The morning of the concert Anna wanders into the second-hand shop and purchases the cell phone to give to her lady-lover. That night they both go to the concert and resistance-party at “Trade ‘n Change”. But Anna’s sweetheart becomes jealous of Adam and decides to leave her taking the Hyperphone in her luggage and triggering a frightening series of events. The pair (Anna/Adam) - both determined to find this extraordinary Hyperphone - launch into a wild pursuit that leads them deep into the activist underworld.

Over the course of four days they will have to escape from henchmen commissioned by ruthless industrialists, attempt to retrieve the mysterious smartphone, find a way to protect Anna’s journalist career under attack following her investigation into the doings of the dashing Minister and save the Warehouse from the greedy projects of promoters, while sorting out their personal lives, their past and present relationships and feelings.

      Will they manage?
