- Synopsis
- Directors cut "Clorox, ammonia ad coffee" Maria, Iris and Gunvor have despite of growing up in different decades paired up with destructive men and given birth to their children. All three are raised to believe that if they only love hard enough, their men will become better persons, despite disrespectful and abusive treatment in return. Maria is ready for birth of her second child when the mortgage agent shows up with a huge debt requirement. Maria realises she has been fooled into deep financial disability by her husband. To save her son's future she robs Jesus and her actions send tremors throughout the small community.
