Fiona, architect Felix’s girlfriend, leaves him. One night, he receives the visit of Martin, his disquieting neighbour. A series of strange events lead Felix to think that the weird intruder has moved in to stay. Not only that... his presence becomes a threat that puts Felix’s life in danger.

- Synopsis
- Felix Turner, a prestigious, young architect, is abandoned by his girlfriend Fiona, a model. At the same time, his neighbours - a woman confined to a wheelchair, Claudia, and her aggressive partner, Martin - spend the most part of their time trying to destroy one another.
  One night Felix receives a visit from Martin, who asks if he can come in for a while and make a phone call. Felix invites him in but, once inside, the man seems to vanish. Strange events are soon to follow. Felix begins to arrive at the spine-chilling conclusion that the intruder has moved in to stay and is so good at concealing his presence that Felix can’t catch him out. While Felix attempts desperately to win Fiona back, the presence in the house transforms slowly into a threat to his life, a threat only he seems to see or feel but which soon becomes manifest in a terrible accident.
  What is Felix up against – a psychopathic madman or a morbid figment of his own imagination? If Martin is hiding in the house, why is he doing so? Why is he trying to kill Felix? What is it he wants?
  Little by little, Felix needs to find answers to all these questions. And the answers are to be found in the house next door, where a disturbing woman has been left all alone in a wheelchair. Felix decides to sneak into Claudia’s house, entering ever deeper into the strange and violent world of his neighbours, into their home, into their secrets, into the demented, destructive mind of Martin.
