- Mels, a single middle-aged man, an introvert by nature, works as a surgeon in a hospital in a provincial town and is one of the best in his field. Mels's dull and boring life changes when he meets a mysterious girl. She, according to his idea, inspired and exalted, in life turns out to be an ordinary girl, with her problems and skeletons in the closet. Acts from the past of both heroes, because of which they cannot forgive themselves, determine their fate and lead to a tragic end.
