    • Synopsis
    • At the early spring of 2020, being stranded in a foreign country because of the COVID-19, a Beijing girl that’s about to graduate from university, meets a middle-aged man from Wuhan who lives in the same hotel with her. Together with them are other three Chinese and a local who has no intention to be involved. Facing not only the challenge of abnormal life caused by lockdown, curfew and quarantine, but also the cruel test of human nature. In this mentally barren world, in an extreme limited space where epidemic, love and kinship are infinitely magnified, what will they choose? A Chinese director and the team tell a story and shoot in 14 day provisionally outside of China during this pandemic. The story carries the concept of spiritual and carnal vagrancy, breaks the geographic boundaries, and depicts an inevitable disaster when mankind are put in a such dark time.
