- Synopsis
- Small-town musician Day Oberon would be happy making garage rock about retro video games for the rest of his life. His bandmate, Leon, however, thinks it’s time to grow up. Before going separate ways, the two friends agree to cut one last album together -- and, to make it special, they concoct a plan to record it in Henegar House, the most haunted spot in Orphan Ridge. So, they sneak into Henegar in the dark of night, not knowing that it’s actually a dwelling place for powerful, folkloric beings. When Leon unwittingly steals from the Innkeeper, the master of the house, he puts everyone in danger. Now, with the help of a bubbly banshee named Sunny, the band must survive the musical death-magic of an evil Changeling and the murderous schemes of a blade-wielding elf known as The Redcap. In the end, Day and Leon must rediscover their friendship to break the Innkeeper’s spell, escape Henegar House, and live to rock another day.
