- It Is an action story whose main characters are female, Reggie and Ninna. The Diplomats are an international special police task force whose mission is to go after the crimes of diplomats around the world. Their main obstacle is the Vienna convention which gives diplomats a special legal statue all around the world, and make it almost impossible to prosecute them. Justice Mumbala started The Diplomats; he is an international criminal court justice from Rwanda, who is tired of witnessing how diplomats around the world get away with murder, so he puts this task force together. With the help of Lieutenant Medel, they gather the best cops from around the world. Their main objective is find the money path a group of Georgian Diplomats who are using in order to buy weapons and are funnelling them into civil wars around the world. After a showdown of force, three members of the Diplomats are killed leaving Reggie and Nina to continue their task. They will go to the end of the world to seek justice and vengeance for their partners, only to find out that it is Justice Mumbala who is behind those Georgian Diplomats. He is using them to introduce chemical weapons in an international United Nations summit, where he wants to kill all dignitaries who are attending the summit. He is looking for revenge for his son´s murder during the Rwandan civil war; revenge against those who did not nothing to prevent it.
