    • Synopsis
    • At 40 years old, Totò is a rising
      boss of Neapolitan organized
      crime, while Rosetta is a little
      girl in fifth grade. One day, Totò
      gets a bullet straight to his chest.
      At that very moment, Rosetta takes a
      nasty fall off a swing and hits her head.
      They are both rushed to the hospital for
      surgery and fall into a coma, but when
      they eventually wake up, something feels
      very different. Big and scary mafia boss
      Totò is now in the body of a sweet little girl
      who loves ballet, and little Rosetta finds herself
      trapped in a gangster's body.
