- After a serial killer confesses to murdering two Indigenous women in Canada and hiding their bodies in a distant landfill, Indigenous families clash with government officials who refuse to conduct a search for their remains, setting ablaze a national movement for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women across the country. Human rights lawyer J.R. Howell follows the true story of ordinary Indigenous people turned activists as they blockade city streets and raise two "camps" huddled around sacred fires to raise awareness and seek justice.
