- Synopsis
- It is all about these kids… these two kids, one little boy and one little girl, who were cousins, playing in an old house and the alleys of Tehran and didn’t know anything special about the turmoil in the city in 1953 – the year of the American coup in Iran. Living in the granny’s house, Atta and Masi, were experiencing how they should live when their daddies were absent. Atta’s dad was in prison and Masi‘s dad was dead. When their aunt, Marzi, accused Atta’s idol and Masi’s brother, Davoud, of burglary of her jewelry and made unwilling Atta to identify Davoud as the burglar in the mirror of a fortuneteller, their lives became upside down…
  
  After decades, 77 year old Atta Ameri comes back to Iran to visit the old house and the everlasting childhood memories of love, admiration and betrayal.
