- The President is about to inaugurate a "Common Man’s statue" at the main city square in Kolkata. Biplap, a retiring, diabetic insurance agent, seethes with rage about the economic, political, and cultural failures of the city. Disregarded by both family and society, he decides to vent out his inner turmoil by standing motionless in front of the colossal statue. His act of defiance turns into a worldwide movement...
