    • Synopsis
    • At 9:15 p.m., March 26th, 2010, the frigate Cheon-an sank near the Baeng-nyeong Island. After the investigation, the government announced the low possibility of North’s involvement. Before long their report was reversed, and concluded that the Cheon-an was torpedoed and sunk by North Korea. Seeing what government changes the announcement every day, people asked for clear answer, but the government’s response to the public was suppression. The report was soon deemed “MUST-BELIEVE”. It’s been 3 years since that incident, and no one can tell if the investigation of Cheon-an has reached compelling conclusion. Rebuilding the event with a different insight, the film raises a question about absence of communication in Korean society.
