- Synopsis
- The power cable that supplies the Norwegian town of Bodø with electricity is blown down during a violent storm. Ploddy the Police Car takes charge and pulls a new cable across the mountain, so that light and warmth can be once again restored to the town. But, after the job is done, Ploddy reverses into the fallen electricity cable and receives a massive electric shock. When Ploddy awakes – he is electric! Full of pure, new energy Ploddy takes up the fight against the Badger
  Brothers – two shady characters who have come to steal the towns drinking water. The Badger Brothers tap the water, put it into bottles and sell it at a high price. With the help of his friend, Dottie the Otter, Ploddy reveals the secret water bottling plant inside the mountain, but it is a long, hard fight before Ploddy is able to finally confront the environmental criminals.
