    • Synopsis
    • Leon is a mixed-race teenager trying to work out where he fits in. Lost and unsure Leon is guided by a mysterious figure, who helps him find new connections and understand where he belongs. Leon wakes from an unsettling dream with the sense that something isn’t right. The feeling of unease grows as Leon sees the figure from his dream appear and vanish mysteriously. How does this stranger hold the key? Leon confronts grief and rejection but ultimately finds reconciliation. Through experiencing Nine Nights with his newfound family Leon begins to understand that his blackness is more than skin deep.
