    • Synopsis
    • These events are based on a true story that happened in 2015.
22-year-old Vlad leaves a peaceful life in Kharkiv and goes as a volunteer to the war in East Ukraine. In the war, an unpretentious guy knocks out a Russian tank and becomes a hero in his battalion.
An 18-year-old girl Nika arrives in the regiment. She is attractive, insolent, and fearless. The guy truly falls in love with her at once, but she manipulates him. Lovers go for a weekend to Kyiv, where they are facing the calm city life of people who are indifferent to the war, which is happening 800 km away.
Also, there is no justice about punishment for police and special forces who killed a lot of protesters during the Revolution of Dignity. Impressed by the contrast between life in the war and the capital, Nika persuades Vlad and a couple of young guys to commit a terrorist attack in Kyiv to remind civilians of events in the east.
Vlad and 2 other guys are complying with that. They are taking out a large number of weapons from the base. Guys go to Kyiv, Nika manages an operation from another city. In Kyiv, Vlad understands that his girlfriend uses them and realizes the scale and effect of what they planned to do. At the last moment, he refuses to commit a terrorist attack and decides to return to the base.
On the way back, leaving Kyiv, guys understand that they don’t have enough gasoline and there is no money. At the gas station, counting on the understanding, they are trying to fill the car, but they face the formal indifference of the employee who refuses to help them. There is a conflict between one of the guys and the cashier, the guy threatens him with weapons and shoots at the shoulder.
The boys begin to escape, and police appear. Vlad stops the car and shows the documents. Looking at the documents of the military volunteer, one with the policeman says that he beat to death a lot of such activists as Vlad during the Revolution. Vlad can not stand this and kills the policemen. The guys get into the car, and prosecution and a shootout with police outfits begin. Vlad is hurt, and the car is blocked. The police pull out the guys and kill them with their feet to death.
After the death of the guys, Nika is imprisoned but soon released as a political prisoner.
