    • Synopsis
    • The film opens with small children beating up drunkards. A twelve-year-old boy named Anant and his friends are running this mission. Every night, after the villagers go to sleep, the children's group goes out to beat up the drunkards. The condition of the village is very bad and people don't seem to care about anything except addiction of alcohol. Also education is not given much importance. The children think that if they beat up the drunkards, they will stop drinking and the whole village will improve. Anant doesn't like his village at all. He wants to go somewhere far away to study and take his sister with him. One day, a traditional folk theater group (Bhavai) comes to the village, inspiring children with new ideas and creative ways to tackle and overcome challenges. One after another, experiments are tried, but nothing changes. One day, Anant finds out that there is a huge scandal of English liquor going on in the village. The whole film revolves around Anant's life. He represents the future generation. Who is running the English liquor racket? How dangerous does it prove to be for Anant? Will Anant be able to leave the village and go study outside? Will the condition of the village remain the same or will there be some change? The film is set in the backdrop of a region known as Dhraangadhra, small town of India, infamous for its barren open land of stones.
