    • Synopsis
    • A promise is a promise! The four girlfriends and self-proclaimed "muscleteers" Lea (Jessica Schwarz), Steffi (Julia Becker), Toni (Petra Schmidt-Schaller) and Maja (Nora Tschirner) swore to each other as teenagers to celebrate their weddings together, no matter what. What was solemnly sealed between gymnastics club trainings and sleepover parties, Maja demands 26 years later – spontaneously in Italy. Backing out is not an option! For Lea, Toni and Steffi, the sunny trip gets off to a moderately good start, as they face an unexpectedly long car ride to Maja's wedding location. A rental car that is way too small marks the beginning of a chaotic road trip on which the fundamentally different thirty-somethings will be confronted with missed opportunities, painful truths and the core of their longtime friendship.
