- Synopsis
- A Scottish crofter leaves his homeland to become a cowboy on the Chisholm Trail. He arrives for a cattle job when the battle of Little Big Horn is in full flow putting his life in turmoil. His cousins both Scottish and Nez Perce Indian turn out to be the battle Chiefs of the Indian Land reforms. He is forced to become a guide for both sides but as the battles ensue he decides to go with his kindred MacDonald and Nez Perce Clan to help them organize a battle stampede to avert the remaining Yankee lines. Thus helping the First Nations to win the Battle of Little Big Horn. In so doing he must flee with the Nez Perce North to Alberta while they plan to negotiate with the Government to gain land rights for the entire Native American cause with the forming of the Reservations. He only finds peace when he crosses the border to Oregon to make haste to a Scottish family there.
