- Synopsis
- Lewis Brewer's mother was a brilliant concert pianist and her music was one of the only ways to soothe his autisitic-neurodivergent behavior. He had frequent, violent outbursts throughout his childhood. She was murdered in front of him when he was only seven years old.
  Now 32, he sets out to find piano players who can finish performing his mother's masterpiece on the 25th anniversary of her death...as Detective Monroe and his partner get close, they make the gruesome discovery of even more victims who have been missing for years.
  The most popular detective on the homicide unit. Will possesses strong visualization skills along with a keen intuition. He's chill in the most intense situations. His hyper-sense of observation has been the key to cracking several "unsolvable" cases.
  The one he hasn't solved is internal. During a standoff 6 months ago, he froze and was shot several times never once returning fire before the suspect was gunned down by his partner, Detective Torres.. Now back to work, he's avoiding cases with the potential for violence.
  Will is a deep-thinker who feels empathy for everyone even the suspects he investigates. This is his first case since his return to duty and he's going to need every bit of his finely-tuned detective skills
  As he gets closer to solving the case, he and his partner move in on the suspect. In the final minute, Detective Torres is shot, forcing him to make a split-second, kill-or-be-killed decision as his partner is lying in a pool of blood and the serial killer they've been looking for is is now standing directly in front of him.
