- Synopsis
- GERMÁN (18), a young artist, has to move with his mother CARLA (45) to Martín García Island, where there are only 119 inhabitants and no teenagers. JULIO (60), Carla's new love, welcomes them to his house and his restaurant. There, Germán feels like an outsider since no one shares his same codes, and he struggles to connect with his new neighbors. He goes out to explore the nature reserve searching for a wall in ruins to draw, but Elisa, the PARK RANGER (28), interrupts him and demands him a permit to paint it.
  
  Quickly, Germán establishes a routine where he spends the mornings in BERT's (70) garden and the afternoons at the restaurant with the WAITER (35). The Park Ranger shows him all the natural beauty of the place, and Germán falls in love with the island but also with her. Together, they create a bond that goes beyond monotony, but Germán must first make his own decisions before finding his identity on his path to adulthood.
