    • Synopsis
    • Set in the picturesque island of Paxos, Greece, Maestro is the story of a taunted musician, Orestis, that moves to the island to re-vamp its forgotten music festival. There, the light of the Greek sun burns too bright, and his life will take an unexpected turn when he falls in love with Klelia, the daughter of the all powerful island mayor.

As the story progresses, Orestis gets entangled deeper and deeper into the small community's pathogenic core where everything on the outside is tranquil and beautiful, yet dark and rotten behind closed doors.
The story brings love center stage, weaving a vignette of various forbidden love stories that this community is forced to acknowledge as deeply human.
Can music cure the homophobic, crooked and tumultuous human nature? Perhaps it can only try.
