    • Synopsis
    • Sheng was once a gang member of the Zhongshan District. He was sent to jail for 12 years after saving his friend Seagull. He is recently released, and upon returning to the Linsen North Road, which used to be his turf, he finds it so familiar yet so perplexing after being away for years.

      Seagull is now a mob boss with his own turf. He runs the territory he and Sheng used to fight for. However, the son of Seagull’s patron, Mr. Xiao, has been murdered. The lead points to Monkey, a mobster rising to power. One day, Seagull receives a Tip-off. He sends his team to ambush the suspect at a hotel, but the suspect gets away. Being heartless and driven to insanity by drugs, Monkey fires a shot at Seagull and eagers to make a name for himself in Taipei. Sheng is perplexed in the beginning and refuses to help Seagull. However, he is now filled with rage and decides to avenge his lost friend.
