Ryota, a high school guy, is a passionate vocalist in a music band. One day,guitarist, Shinji, dies by traffic accident. Mai, Shinji’s younger sister, discovers a new uncompleted music file for his beloved girl. Ryota, Mai, and band members decide forming the band again to bring his his last song.

- Synopsis
- 　A small town on the main island of Okinawa serves as home to two countries, Japan and the United States, divided by a chain link fence. A local high school band belts out original pop songs with such energy and precision that they have fired up the passions of all who see them and amassed an ardent following, including the attention of a Tokyo record label scout bent on producing them. But just as the band prepares to set out on a path of fame and glory, one of their members falls victim to a hit-and-run accident, killing him and the band’s hopes. And then, a demonstration tape mysteriously surfaces with a song written by the departed member, followed by the emergence of a pretty young teen who lives on the American military base. Slowly, the needle begins to move again, and the band members reunite to find closure and convey friendship to the girl beyond the fence.
