- Synopsis
- Ilyas, whose biggest fear is losing the horseflies he has trained, wants his son Basri to be a man who trains flies, and plays rigged gambling like himself. Basri, however, is a young fearful man who tries to stay clean in a world where crime is rampant every second and admires genuine family relationships. Basri, who is bullied by his father and the hoodlums of the neighborhood,learns that his older girlfriend Cennet is pregnant when he starts to dream of leaving this swampy neighborhood. Aware of the trouble such a pregnancy will bring to them, Basri andCennet try every means to abort the child without success. But those consecutive attempts changed Basri’s thoughts. The boy embraces himself as a father and husband. And after that,he makes bold decisions for his family.
