    • Synopsis
    • The Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru (Tupac Amaru Neighbourhood Organisation) led by Milagro Sala carried out impressive building, cultural, educational and sanitary work in the Province of Jujuy to bring dignity to its most vulnerable sectors. On 16 January 2016, Milagro was arrested because her actions had negatively affected the economic and political interests of the ruling class in Jujuy. One by one many of the members of the cooperative who took part in this epic were detained. In a trial riddled with irregularities they were all convicted. The film shows part of the organisation’s work through its protagonists, and focuses on the work of collective construction that has not halted.
