    • KATIA is a documentary the transvestite Kátia, born José [Zé]. In a small town of eight thousand inhabitants in Piauí, in the northeast region of Brazil, Kátia becomes the first transvestite to be elected to a political office in Brazil. Kátia was elected three times as the most voted Councilor of the municipality and was vice mayor from 2004 to 2008.
