    • Synopsis
    • Where does love end, and dependency begin? Malena and Julian, both middle-aged, get together once more in her small apartment. Surrounded by their bodies’ steam, a bottle of wine, reproaches, silences and cigarette smoke, they get tangled up in a vicious cycle of emotions. In such a distressing atmosphere of useless words and surfacing misery, these two bodies try to understand one another, yet this too seems to belong to the past. What else can be lost, then? An old love’s complicity borders on pathos, and one song keeps finding its way into the sunset.
