    • Synopsis
    • We often hear talk of a 'violation of human rights'. But what does it really mean? Do we perhaps know what it means to be tortured, to see one's home bombed, to be forced to flee? In front of these images one would like to close one's eyes, in the illusion that certain things do not concern us, that they are happening on the other side of the world; but all this is closer than one might think. With Rumore – Human Vibes we want to tell how much music, something seemingly ephemeral, can be very concrete and, at times, as powerful as bombs. The film is extraordinarily rich in unpublished content, interviews, and above all original images from the Amnesty International archive which document very serious violations of rights. These images, sometimes extremely raw, are counterpointed by the music, the well-known faces of the singers who on the one hand perhaps reassure, and on the other spur the viewer to take a stand, or at least to question himself.
