- Coming to the end of a 10 year prison sentence, 29 year old Aminah tries to get her life back to normality as she navigates her way through a half-way house; a temporary housing facility for high risk female offenders. Aminah has a natural talent, drawing as a means to express herself. The rekindled friendship with
  prison-mate JACKIE, an unpredictable kleptomaniac, soon turns out to be a bad influence on her time here.
  
  But as time goes on, Aminah struggles with the prospect of not being protected by the four-walls of her prison cell as she fears her victim who is also her estranged father - may take revenge. Failure to comply with house rules see’s Jackie being recalled and Aminah at risk of following suit.
  
  It’s Aminah’s relationship with Jodie, Jackie and Fran, where she finds strength to open up about the altercation with her own father that stemmed from past abuses.
