    • Synopsis
    • A wise man once said that in life, a man should only be faithful to one woman. Of course, another wise man once said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Shaun is a man caught between two women. Returning to Singapore after a four-year-long studying stint in the United States, Shaun has no idea what his homecoming will entail. While his parents - especially his mother - are thrilled at his return, there are things they need to get used to. Like his American girlfriend Kristy. Likewise, she feels awkward having to stay with a new family and adapt to a different environment.
Meanwhile, Lee Ying, a female ghost who died almost thirty years ago, has apparently taken a fancy to Shaun and has asked her living mother to be their matchmaker. Shaun is presented with a strange proposal: he is asked to marry Lee Ying. Sceptical and horrified, he rejects the idea at once and keeps the proposal a secret from Kristy.
However, the family is soon besieged by a spate of bad luck and unfortunate events. Kristy in turn, begins to experience strange things… supernatural things.
Wading through one ominous incident after another, Kristy realises the only way to appease the angry ghost is to let Shaun marry her. Initially against the idea, Shaun finally goes through with the wedding ceremony to placate Kristy and his ailing family.
And soon, all seems to be well. Or is it?
