    • Synopsis
    • In a small village in the state of Entre Rios, a Volga-German family prepares to abandon their
farms due to unknown reasons. On the last day, the teenage siblings Brenda and Lucas
say goodbye to their friends while their mother finishes packing. The farewell does not get
close to putting into words the events that mark the life and drama of the protagonists.
The narrator brings us into a world that reveals the end of adolescence, sexual desire, the
failure of the notion of family, and class relations. These are some of the plot points that are
presented to us without signaling what we should think or feel about them.
