VINNY can’t get his shit together. Fearing failure he never fully commits to anything. He sees himself as a rapper but doesn’t perform his tunes and lives at home with his mom.
But when he hears that his ex-girlfriend RINA is about to be married, he resolves to take action by organizing a heist on her father’s cash and carry, where Rina’s dowry is kept in the form of a handful of uncertified diamonds.
Pulling together a crew of motley misfits, the Four Samosas, they plan, and despite their obvious ineptitude, manage to pull off the heist. But after a failed attempt to sell the diamonds back to Rina’s father, and after Vinny’s best friend is taken hostage, Vinny is forced to return the stolen goods.
Realizing that what he should have done from the start was tell Rina how he really felt about her, he performs a song for her on the morning of her wedding to convince her to get back together with him.
But is it too late? And does it matter anyway, now that he’s learned to take a risk and put himself and his heart out there?
