- Synopsis
- Chapter I: MOKAN
  In the South East of Iran, Baluchistan Province, in the near town of Saravan, there is a valley that an old couple has created a beautiful garden full of date palms. They have emigrated from the town to this place to start a new life because the woman is unable to have babies and the man's relatives have forced him to divorce her and remarry according to their tradition. In their tradition if one's wife is infertile, the man should divorce her and remarry, but by right of the ineffable feeling of affection between the couple, the man have not accepted to divorce her wife. So they consider these palm trees as their children and grow and treat them with a great passion of love like their own real children. Every palm has a name; they protect them against everything with great care. The point is they find the real happiness by living with these palm trees without having any child!
  Chapter II: AKAPAS
  AK, AP, AS / Earth-Water-Fire, it indicates the relation between the steps of creation of man {from the four elements: earth, air, fire and water} and the steps of making pottery and earthenware that accompanies with a spiritual atmosphere by the Rubaiyat (Quatrains) of the Persian poet Hakim Omar Khayyam. In Kalpuragan, Saravan which is located in South-Eastern part of Iran, Baluch women have been making beautiful traditional pottery without using pottery wheel. This handmade art of pottery in this region dates back 5000 year, also according to their tradition, Baluch men bath in mud and stay in the sun for health especially for the treatment of eczema and rheumatic diseases.
  Chapter III: SPRING
  Every year Iranian people celebrate the first day of spring and take that as the beginning of the year. In the South East of Iran in Baluchistan Province, this celebration in the name of Bahargah is very special and has its own customs as well. In their ceremonies they pay special attention to show the steps of man's life cycle that accompanies with a great passion and spirituality.
  Chapter IV: SECHKAN
  In the South East of Iran, Baluchistan Province, in a mountainous region, there is a small tribe that decides to build a mosque to worship God. All materials that they use are natural and from palm trees and wood. In this story they are weaving straws while listening to the epic and spiritual stories narrate by the old chieftain that motivate them and create a pure passion of spirituality in them to cooperate together to build a place for worship of God.
