- Synopsis
- What to do, if you are “botanist”, your family does not take you seriously every time, your direction requires to you to leave no one knows where or you will be dismissed, and also debts, credit, so your head is swimming.
  But you have to reach a decision of the direction and this will change your life and the mankind’s fate will depend on you.
  Sergey lives in a modern city, he has a good house, wonderful family and wonderful wife, but one fine day they have to leave the city life and to move to village, the family is not delighted with the movement but there is no choice.
  The village is small, there is a head of the village controlling several houses and chief of militia, typical representatives of province, usually everything takes its normal course and everybody does what the village head says, everything is quiet and calm before the arrival of guests from the city.
  The chemical plant is situated near the village, and one deep night, the Chemical plant have a small accident, which will have large consequences; one representative of local fauna will drink the infected water, but no one pays attention to it.
  Sergey’s family make themselves at home, the village direction meets them warmly, but local population treats them with distrust. Not everything suits his family, but Sergey tries to inspire his family all the time that things will sort themselves, but his children do not obey him, only his clever wife supports him.
  Soon strange events begin to happen, Sergey finds traces of unwitnessed beast, and he tries to inform all people, but the majority skeptically treats this information. Further, his daughter meets with local fellows, they are nicely speaking under the star sky, as suddenly they meet remains of cows and they have to safe themselves from unwitnessed beast. But the village direction does not assume measures seriously, they only gives the go-ahead to several volunteers to comb out thoroughly the location without resorting to the help of city authorities; Sergey with his sons take participation in the territory checking and at last they find traces of mysterious beast. Hunters catch a bear in the forest and kill it, all the village triumphs, but Sergey ascertains that this bear is not that mysterious beast.
  Sergey has a controversy with the village direction, he tries to ascertain them that hunters are mistaken, but no one wants to listen to him, and one child is lost, but even this time village direction doesn’t listen to him, because they don’t want to destroy quiescence just listening to some paranoiac from the city.
  Sergey completely undermine trust of the village people. They want to evict him from the village, they were fed up with Sergey’s dreary kind. Suddenly someone or something kills head of the village.
  Villagers are seriously scared, and all of them gather at militia commander’s home. No one knows what to do, this moment the light is blow out, telephone lines are broken because of it is raining, and something is walking around the house.
  Sergey offers to evacuate urgently from this place, everybody support his offer. Rescue plan is worked out. Unfortunately, not all can be saved. Something constantly kills one by one. Sergey come across with the mysterious beast, it turned out to be a huge wolf, mutated following accident of the chemical plant.
  Sergey’s family tired, frightened, escape terrible wolf by the car, which has only one purpose – to kill all of them. Sergey kills the monstrous creature with incredible efforts.
  Damaged car slowly goes along the street, everything terrible is behind, and the family is relieved. Suddenly daughter notices that the city in front is captured with smoke.
