- Synopsis
- They live in a town called CROCODILE. Nine kids rising out of the swamp of drug trafficking and scamming, rewriting their future... and setting it in a 2089 SciFi world.
  
  With names hinting at so much hope – Rejoice, Godwin, Josiah – CROCODILE entwines cinema verite with magical realism in a coming-of-age film like no other. Armed with a single mobile camera, little electricity and wild imaginations the nine reach out from poverty and desperation, disease and abuse. They begin to make unique SciFi films.
  
  They gain international attention and find allies in Morgan Freeman and JJ Abrams. Now equipped with high tech and limitless possibilities their SciFi dreams are becoming 21st Century realities.
  
  CROCODILE has been filmed over years by the subjects themselves. This is a true collaboration between Sundance award winning producer/director Pietra Brettkelly, Oscar-nominated producer Chelsea Winstanley and the subjects themselves as co-owners and co-producers of this film.
