- Synopsis
- Calling into a radio station shouting racist ideology, Charlie [Tim Roth] crashes his car at high speed. Alma [Hiam Abbass], a Syrian refugee and former doctor, saves Charlie’s life at the scene. When they encounter each at the hospital where she works and he is being treated they become friends. Charlie doesn’t remember anything about his life, including that he had racist beliefs and was on his way to carry out a terrorist attack. After his estranged daughter finds a letter addressed to her in case of his death and the key to a lock up full of weapons she confides in Alma. They have to decide if they really believe he is a different person.
