    • Colliding Forces features five international ballet dancers as they juggle the responsibilities of being a professional dancer with those of being a mother.

The film follows Begona Cao, Miyako Yoshida, Mary-Helen Bowers, Karina Gonzalez and Tara-Brigitte Bhavnani on their journey of physical and mental joy and pain, agony and ecstasy to find out what it means to be an athlete whilst also fulfilling the job of a mum. We learn about the sacrifices these women have to make, the good-byes they have to say in order to move on to the next stage of their life in a world that wants to accommodate working mothers yet doesn’t know how to.
