  C.L.E.A.N., (Abbreviation for Cerebral Lateralization Enforcement and Neuroactivation), is a therapy program working inside the human brain. Defragmenting its Hypothalamus, thus deleting any addiction patterns of the brain: alcohol, drug or even sexual addiction, anything is curable - based on studies by Dr. Sutter (Costas Mandylor), the director of the institute. Alice (Jenny Paris), one four newly arrived patients, realizes that strange happenings occur around her and that she’s the only one experiencing them. Now Alice must ask herself and her three co-patients if Dr. Sutter and his cold blooded assistant Emily Coleman (Agnes Burger) have the well-being of their patients in mind, or if they plan something else, something unnatural...
