    • Synopsis
    • 20-year-old college student Margot meets a 34-year-old Robert at the artsy movie theatre where she works. After a casual flirtation at the concession stand, he asks for her number and they carry on extensive conversations through texts. Margot finds Robert’s messages witty and funny, but he is awkward and inscrutable every time they meet. As their relationship develops, the balance of power between them shifts back and forth and Margot cycles rapidly between imagining Robert as both adorable and threatening. As their perceptions of each other collide, events spiral out of control towards a potentially deadly conclusion.
