Two misfits steal a baby left in a church baby box. After a change of heart, the child’s mother returns in search of her son. Admitting to stealing the child in order to find him a loving home, the misfits convince the suspicious mother to join them in the hunt for potential parents for her child.

    • Synopsis
    • Sang-hyun (Song) runs a laundry shop but is constantly saddled with debt. Dong-soo (Gang), who grew up in an orphanage, works in a church baby box facility, a repository which allows desperate parents to surrender their child and ensure it will find its way into care.

      One night in the pouring rain, the pair steal a baby left in the box. The following day however, the mother So-young (Lee Ji Eun) unexpectedly returns to the church in search of her son. With no trace of him in the records, she threatens to go to the police prompting Dong-soo and Sang-hyun to come clean and admit stealing the child. Their claim that they did so in order to find him a loving home seems far-fetched and so they convince a suspicious So-young to join them in the hunt for potential adoptive parents for the child she is unable to raise.
