- Synopsis
- Gauri, a young Indian woman in Singapore is in love with Krishna, who works at her father’s
  Indian food stall. Dr. Radhika and her husband Maanav are dealing with the loss of their
  teenage daughter’s suicide. When Gauri gets pregnant, her parents force her to abort the child
  and insult Krishna before kicking him out. Gauri goes to a women’s clinic for an abortion. But, when
  she meets Dr. Radhika, she changes her mind to keep the baby — a decision that sends her life
  on a devastating path. The reality comes knocking soon. Gauri’s life is torn apart, and she ends
  up homeless. In her lowest moment, Gauri ends up at Dr. Radhika’s doorstep. While struggling
  with their own loss, the couple take her in and help Gauri with her pregnancy. Together, they
  discover a new meaning of the word “family". Gauri's presence gives the couple closure with their
  daughter's death. But when they decide to take their relationship with Gauri to the next stage,
  she reunites with Krishna and moves in with him, breaking the couple’s hearts. The story ends on
  a beach when Gauri and Krishna are with their newborn, pondering over their uncertain future.
