- Synopsis
- Basic’s world is a no form, reference points, depth or height world. It is a white universe that only shows a peaceful horizon. It is like a huge canvas ready to be filled with anything that imagination could create. This universe is occupied by Basic and Aurea, kids made with modeling clay of very lively colors that are highlighted over the background. Basic represents the ingenuity presented on our audience. An ingenuity specific of those ages. Aurea is fearless and creative. She represents the brave and audacious part of ourselves. Step by step, Basic and Aurea will understand the basic concepts of design and by each progress it will be possible to see how their enthusiasm increases. Each of their emotions, specially happiness and surprise towards learning, will be reflected on their language body and their eyes, since the characters don`t have mouth. Basic and Aurea are accompanied by Teo and Celeste, their unconditional friends also made on modeling clay. Teo represents the constant curiosity spirit. He is fearless and is the first one going out to show what he has learnt. Celeste is very calm, a little indifferent, but will be always be present in the precise moment to wake up the emotion. The voice is a character never shown but always heard, it is a “guide” that explains and accompanies every step of each concept in an amical and dynamic way. All episodes are developed the same way. The characters will start the day in this white space and with the company of “the voice” they will find elements that are part of an artwork. They will live an exciting adventure while understanding a specific concept. Afterwards, they will design with colorful pens, watercolors or their own hands whatever their imaginations could think related to the concept, but never forgetting the amusement and happiness. This is Basic, an imagination, learning and creativity world.
