- Synopsis
- The son of a real estate mogul Ralph Rhineleader (Andy Garcia) is sent to buy-out the last remaining resident of a historic Manhattan building, which proves to be more trouble than he bargained for when the tenant turns out to be an eccentric New Yorker with nothing left to lose. Torn between his need to make his father proud and his desire to do the right thing by Toni (Diane Keaton), Max (Josh Hutcherson) gets to work on formulating a plan that will allow him to do both.
